We are thrilled to announce that enrollment is now open for the Own-It Program, our intensive accountability-driven journey for individuals ready to reclaim their lives with radical responsibility and unwavering integrity. This transformative 21-week program begins January 7, 2025, with early-bird registration available until December 14, 2024.


What Is Own-It?

Own-It is not another self-improvement course filled with motivational platitudes. It's a rigorous, structured program designed for individuals who are:

Program Structure & Benefits

Meeting weekly for 2 hours over 21 weeks, participants will engage in:

Weeks 1-4: Foundation Building

  • Dismantling victim narratives and excuse patterns

  • Establishing personal accountability frameworks

Weeks 5-8: Shadow Work & Integration

  • Confronting avoided truths and blind spots

  • Translating insights into concrete life changes

  • Developing accountability partnerships

Individual Sessions: Your Personal Breakthrough Accelerator

Each participant receives 6 one-on-one 60-minute sessions with Monika Bar throughout the program. These sessions provide:

  • Personalized attention to your specific patterns and obstacles

  • Confidential space to work through material too vulnerable for group sharing

  • Targeted interventions for your unique psychological architecture

  • Rapid breakthrough work when group progress feels stuck

  • Custom accountability structures tailored to your learning style

  • Direct, unfiltered feedback on blind spots and avoidance patterns

  • Strategic planning for your specific life circumstances

Individual sessions can address:

  • Family-of-origin patterns affecting current responsibility

  • Trauma responses that sabotage accountability

  • Specific relationship or career challenges

  • Deep-seated shame or unworthiness beliefs

  • Personal crisis navigation while maintaining program commitments


Your Facilitator: Monika Bar

The Own-It Program is personally facilitated by Monika Bar, who brings a unique combination of:

  • 10+ years of clinical psychology practice specializing in behavioral change, grief transformation, consciousness in the present moment

  • Doctoral research in consciousness studies and the observer effect in personal transformation

  • Trained in somatic experiencing, Gestalt, neuroscience and biohacking

  • Personal experience navigating profound loss and rebuilding with radical responsibility

Monika's approach strips away the comfort of external validation and magical thinking, replacing them with evidence-based practices and unflinching self-examination. Her facilitation style is direct, compassionate, and uncompromising—holding participants to their highest potential while providing the support needed for genuine transformation.

Payment Options:

Option 1: Pay in Full

  • 8,900 PLN (early bird) or 9,900 PLN (regular price)

  • Immediate confirmation of your spot

Option 2: Monthly Installments

  • 5 monthly payments of 2,100 PLN (regular price: total 10,500 PLN)

  • First payment due upon enrollment, subsequent payments on the same date each month

  • All payments must be completed by program end

Option 3: Extended Payment Plan

  • 7 monthly payments of 1,250 PLN (early bird: total 8,750 PLN)

  • 7 monthly payments of 1,550 PLN (regular price: total 10,850 PLN)

  • Designed for maximum accessibility

  • Requires completed application and approval

Option 4: 2 Installments

  • 2 payments within 2 months of 4,450 PLN (early bird: total 9,900 PLN)

  • 2 payments within 2 months of 5,425 PLN (regular price: total 10,850 PLN)


Time Commitment:

  • Weekly 2-hour group sessions (day and time to be informed)

  • 6 individual 60-minute sessions (scheduled flexibly)

  • 3-5 hours weekly homework and practice

  • 21-week total program duration


Group Size: Limited to 12 participants for optimal engagement
