Our Mission

Creating Sacred Space for Life After Loss

Our mission is to create a transformative space where you can be reborn—not as a mythical phoenix rising effortlessly from the ashes, but through the profound, often painful work of learning to live again. We understand that life-altering loss rarely comes wrapped in beautiful transformations or high vibrations. Instead, it arrives with raw, unrelenting pain that stops us in our tracks, dismantling the very scenery of our existence and demanding we rebuild from the ground up.

 Grief Support and Spiritual Connection

We are dedicated to building a sanctuary that brings individuals closer to their understanding of the Divine—whether you call it God, Quantum Consciousness, Creator, or Source. We deeply believe that through this sacred connection, we can all contribute more goodness to humanity while discovering that life, lived in conscious partnership with something greater than ourselves, transforms profoundly. This connection offers something extraordinary: a sense of safety, trust, and faith that a wiser presence watches over us. It invites us to surrender, to release the illusion of control.

 Comprehensive Grief Counseling Services

Our team specializes in two interconnected domains. First, we provide compassionate grief therapy and bereavement support for individuals navigating death, loss, and the journey of rebuilding life alongside enduring grief. We support people at every stage of mourning, at every age, with every story. We recognize that grief extends beyond the death of loved ones—it encompasses divorce, childlessness, career loss, and any profound change that demands we reconstruct our lives from within.

The Own-It Program: Accountability and Transformation

Our second focus is radical responsibility through our Own-It Program — an accountability-driven journey for reclaiming your life with integrity. We integrate insights from quantum psychology with established behavioral and clinical methods, exploring how attention, meaning-making, and the observer perspective shape your subjective experience and choices. While quantum psychology remains an evolving field, we thoughtfully apply these perspectives alongside evidence-based practices to deepen self-awareness and intentional action. No empty promises of "high-vibe" transformation — only consistent work, clear structure, and compassionate accountability. Sustainable practices anchored in research and lived experience. Raw, honest inner work that strips away ego defenses to reveal authentic living.

Our Commitment to Your Rebirth

We don't offer magical solutions, external rituals, or hypnotic tricks. We offer something more valuable: a sacred space for the difficult, transformative work of grief recovery and personal responsibility. Here, loss becomes a teacher, pain transforms into wisdom, and brokenness creates space for unprecedented growth.

Whether you're navigating bereavement, divorce, childlessness, or any life transition that has left you searching for solid ground, we're here to walk beside you—not to rush your healing, but to honor your journey with the depth, time, and reverence it deserves.

Together, we're building a community where grief is witnessed, growth is supported, and new life emerges not in spite of our losses, but in sacred partnership with them.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28

Our Mission

Our Team

We are a dedicated team of life enthusiasts, psychologists, and students of psychology and psychotherapy who combine our love for authentic living with rigorous exploration of emerging therapeutic approaches. Our multidisciplinary team brings together clinical expertise, academic rigor, and genuine compassion for those navigating life's most challenging transitions. Our team is led by founder Monika Bar, a doctoral researcher exploring the intersection of consciousness studies and psychology. Her work draws inspiration from pioneering thinkers including Dr. Amit Goswami's quantum activism, Dr. Fred Alan Wolf's work on consciousness, and Dr. Valentina Ornisor's integrative approaches. We thoughtfully incorporate perspectives from consciousness studies, including John von Neumann's observer effect and the concept of downward causation, while maintaining strong grounding in evidence-based clinical practice.

Our Philosophical Approach

We embrace a holistic worldview that transcends both rigid materialism and mind-body dualism. Our approach recognizes the interconnection between consciousness, meaning-making, and healing—what some scholars refer to as monistic idealism. However, beyond philosophical frameworks, what truly defines us is simpler: we love life in all its rawness and authenticity. We reject superficial "high-vibe" promises in favor of genuine engagement with life as it truly is—because only in embracing truth do we discover authentic beauty and love.

What Unites Us

As a team, we individually and collectively cultivate a deep faith in God that enables us to:

Find joy in everyday moments, even amidst grief

Discover wisdom in daily routines and ordinary experiences.  Develop trust when facing the unknown. Cultivate acceptance of what cannot be changed. Create meaningful connection in times of isolation.

Meet Our Compassionate Practitioners: Edyta, Wojtek, Grażyna, Monika and non local Philippe, Shilpa and Valentina,  each bring unique expertise and personal understanding to our practice. United by our commitment to authentic healing and professional excellence. We don't promise magical transformations or quick fixes. Instead, we offer something more valuable: skilled, compassionate professionals who understand that true healing happens in the raw, unfiltered spaces of real life. We're here to walk beside you through the darkness, holding space for your pain while gently nurturing the seeds of renewed meaning and purpose. Together, we create a therapeutic environment where science meets soul, where professional expertise meets human understanding, and where your grief is witnessed with the depth and reverence it deserves.

Our Vision

Our vision is to unite rigorous science with living faith to foster courageous, practical transformation. Guided by Monika Bar—psychologist, therapist, and PhD student in quantum psychology—our work blends established clinical research with insights from quantum psychology, exploring how attention, intention, and the observer stance shape experience and choice. Monika sees this vision as God-aligned and disciplined: simple practices tested through clear hypotheses, small experiments, and measurable outcomes—never a “good‑vibes‑only” promise. We meet reality as it is, including the raw landscape of grief, and walk with people toward meaning, integrity, and resilient hope. By translating research into repeatable habits of presence, accountability, gratitude, and love, we aspire to empower humanity to become humbler, more grateful, and more loving—lives that quietly lift families, communities, and culture.

The Journey Through Darkness Into Light

Monika Bar is more than a psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience. She is a guide who has personally walked through every stage of grief and rebirth, enabling her to authentically accompany others through their most difficult moments.

Solid Foundations, Courageous Exploration

Monika graduated in clinical psychology from SWPS University, a 4-year Gestalt psychotherapy training program, building a solid foundation for her therapeutic practice. Her hunger for knowledge and desire to deeply understand human suffering led her all the way to India, where she is currently pursuing her doctorate in quantum psychology at the University of Technology in Jaipur under the mentorship of Dr. Amit Goswami – a world authority in consciousness studies.

Her educational journey is an impressive mosaic of knowledge – from Harvard courses (Building Personal Resilience, Managing Happiness, Fundamentals of Neuroscience) through Berkeley (The Science of Happiness, Empathy and Emotional Intelligence at Work) to studies in spiritual traditions (Buddhism Through Its Scriptures, Hinduism Through Its Scriptures, Sikhism Through Its Scriptures) and over 25 others. Each course, each training was another step in searching for the answer to a fundamental question: how to effectively help people in real, raw life, seeing beauty in its scars?

Beyond the Illusion of "High Vibes"

Throughout her journey, Monika explored numerous unconventional paths—from Somatic Healing and Human Design to Systemic Constellations, Vedic astrology, and Black Tantra. She immersed herself in countless personal development workshops, searching for that magical key that would unlock the mysteries of human suffering and provide instant solutions to life's challenges.

But life itself became her greatest teacher.

Monika made a conscious decision to step away from spiritual communities that promised instant transformation and perpetual high vibrations. Her reason was profound yet simple: she recognized that real life doesn't pause while we perform our rituals or repeat our affirmations. Life unfolds in its raw authenticity—with inevitable ups and downs, natural cycles of joy and sorrow, growth and loss—completely indifferent to our attempts at spiritual bypassing.

The truth became undeniable: No amount of positive affirmations or "high-vibe" practices can shield us from life's fundamental realities. They cannot prevent illness, death, or the everyday obstacles we all face—the injustices, the conflicts, the heartbreaks that are woven into the fabric of human existence. These practices, while sometimes comforting, often become sophisticated forms of hiding from reality itself.

Monika chose a different path: radical acceptance of truth.

She discovered that truth only appears ugly to the ego, which desperately clings to its carefully constructed illusions and projections about how life "should" be. But the soul—that deeper part of us that seeks authentic connection with existence—recognizes profound beauty in truth, even when that truth includes pain, loss, and uncertainty.

This is the wisdom she brings to her work today: Instead of offering escape routes from reality, she guides others toward embracing life in its fullness, finding that genuine peace comes not from avoiding difficulty, but from meeting it with open eyes and an open heart.

True Joy Flows from Within, Faith as Foundation

Today, Monika doesn't sell "high vibrations" or promises of miraculous awakening. Instead, she teaches something far more valuable – how to take life as it is, with all its rawness and beauty. She teaches gratitude that doesn't depend on external circumstances but flows from the depths of the heart and becomes a permanent character trait.

This joy – quiet, peaceful, unwavering – accompanies a person every day. It's not a state to be achieved, but a natural consequence of deep acceptance of life.

Faith as Foundation

Monika directs her teaching toward God, or as some prefer – toward Source, Consciousness, Creator. She appreciates every moment, every experience, even the painful ones. With remarkable effectiveness, she helps people:

Accept what is unchangeable and inevitable in life – death, loss, transience

Dissolve the ego – not through struggle, but through understanding its illusory nature

Find meaning in suffering that seemed senseless

Build a life based on authenticity, not external expectations

A Guide Who Knows the Way

What distinguishes Monika is not just her impressive education or extensive experience. It's the authenticity of someone who has walked through the dark valley of grief herself and knows that the path through it leads not by avoiding pain, but by moving through it with full awareness and acceptance.

Monika doesn't promise it will be easy. She promises you'll have someone by your side who truly understands where this path leads – and that it's worth walking.

"I no longer seek magical solutions outside myself. I've found something more valuable – the ability to be fully present in my life, as it is. And this presence is what I teach others." – Monika Bar

Monika facilitates grief support groups and the Own-It program. Her approach combines solid scientific knowledge with deep life wisdom, creating a space where true transformation becomes possible – not through escaping reality, but through fully embracing it.
