Phase I: Confronting Reality (Weeks 1-5)
2 hours weekly + 3-5 hours of independent work

Weeks 3-4: Unmasking excuses and avoidance mechanisms
Week 5: First declaration of responsibility – end of victim mode

Weeks 6-7: Installing a self-discipline system – from chaos to structure
